These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and services, and by accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility: To participate in our course, you must be over the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 may participate with the assistance and approval of a parent or guardian.

2. Course Purchase: You may purchase our course or single lessons using your first and last name, email, VAT number, and payment method (PayPal or credit card). No account creation is necessary to make a purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights: All content, materials, and resources provided through our course or lessons are the property of How To Become a Music Producer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view these materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or use the content except as explicitly authorized by us.

4. User Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself ethically and responsibly during all interactions associated with our course or lessons, including live Zoom sessions.

5. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information, applies to your use of our services. Please review the Privacy Policy thoroughly.

6. Payments: Payment for the course or single lessons can be made via PayPal or credit card.

7. Cancellation and Refunds: You may reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance. If you are dissatisfied after the first lesson of the Full Course, you may request a refund for the remaining lessons by contacting us at gui@howtobecomeamusicproducer.org. Refunds are not available after the second lesson and are not provided for single lessons.

8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course if you engage in unethical or disorderly conduct during any Zoom lesson.

9. Amendments to Terms: We may amend these terms from time to time. All changes will be emailed to users and will take effect immediately upon sending. Continued use of our services after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

11. Dispute Resolution: For any disputes arising from these terms, we encourage contacting us directly to seek a resolution. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Portugal.
