Note: We will have 1 lesson per week and every lesson is 1 hour long.
Week 1
Introduction 🙋‍♂️ (free)
Week 1 is all about fundamentals. We’ll talk about DAW’s and plugins and why they’re important, go over the correct way to set-up your home studio and look at the basic functions in your DAW.
Week 2
Programming MIDI 🎹
In week 2, we’ll focus our attention on MIDI. I’ll help you program your first drum loop with a VST (virtual instrument) and we’ll even try to record some (virtual) bass!
Week 3
Recording Techniques 🎤
The third week will be dedicated to learning the basics of recording. We’ll be using your microphone to record some sounds and try to use them in your DAW for something creative and fun.
Week 4
Theory for Producers 🥲
I know you’re afraid, but please don’t be! In week 4 we’ll look through some very accessible and usable concepts of music theory that will surely help make your life SO much easier!
Week 5
Mixing 🎛
Week 5 is all about mixing: get your compressors and your EQ’s ready cuz we’re gonna mix your first project! We’ll look at all the most important steps to get a great sounding mix.
Week 6
Mastering 🚀
In our final week, we’ll find out what mastering is all about and how you can do it yourself with the stock plugins in your DAW. We’ll look into loudness and stereo width, primarily.

To enroll in the course, all you have to do is click the “Book now” button below and schedule any available time on my Calendly so we can have our first lesson. This lesson is 100% free and costs you nothing! On the day of the lesson, I’ll send you a link to the Zoom session via e-mail, about 15 minutes before the lesson starts. Afterwards, I’ll email you a Paypal link so you can pay for the course if you want to continue.
Schedule: The day of the week and time you choose for your first lesson sets the schedule for all six lessons, since the lessons are meant to be done in 1 week intervals. They can be rescheduled if you need, you can email me at any point.
Rescheduling lessons: Please send me a message or email me at least 24 hours before the lesson.
Refunds: Since the first lesson is free for all students, we don’t offer refunds - the point of the free lesson is exactly so you can try before you buy. If unexpected life circumstances arise, we’ll be glad to move schedules around to fit whatever arrangement is best for you.

How it works
I make the best of the time I have with my students by adapting to their wants and needs. I’ll teach you the stuff I consider crucial for you to know, but adapted to your level, your style and what you want to achieve.
In a typical week, we’ll focus all our time in learning practical stuff and doing something with it right away (not watching videos). My no.1 goal is that by the end of every lesson, you come out with something new to try during the week.
We’ll meet on Zoom at the scheduled time (you’ll get an invite in your email) and spend 1 hour together working on that lesson’s topics.
I try my best to keep the lessons light hearted and fun but also informative and practical. My students seem to enjoy them đź‘Ś

If you want to do the course that I carefully prepared to give you all the tools you need to start out in your music production career then yes, you need to pay for all 6 lessons (the 1st is free). But if you’re looking for more customized lessons to learn specific things, you can send me a message via the Contact page and we can do that as well, which would be payed by the lesson. However, I only advise custom lessons to those who are more advanced!

Any one you like! I personally use Logic, so that will be the DAW we look at the most but everything we will learn is pretty universal.
